We’re looking for a Junior – Mid-level Designer to join our team. You’ll support the execution of graphic and digital design projects, working closely with the internal team of creatives, project managers, the Creative Director and development team to blend user needs and business goals into seamless, effective design experiences. You will need to demonstrate a fundamental understanding of design principles, an openness to learn and take direction, along with a strong aesthetic design intuition.

Responsibilities:

  • Source potential clients via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, directories, and other channels.
  • Qualify leads through tailored outreach, including email, phone calls, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics, delivering insights and trends to the Growth team.
  • Assist in optimizing sales processes within Hubspot Sales and Marketing tools.

Requirements:

  • Experience with plugin development, including contributions to WordPress.org or CodeCanyon.
  • Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, and industry-standard design patterns (OOP, Namespaces, Traits).
  • Experience with both relational and non-relational databases.
  • Fluent in secure, scalable coding for WordPress using PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, MySQL, and AJAX.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress Hooks, Actions, custom queries, and meta fields.
  • Ability to optimize application performance across architectural layers.
